Desk Set-Up and Ergonomics
Let us come to you and review your team’s work environment, including:
– desk set up
– monitor height
– chair position
– overall work station ergonomics
We then can make the necessary adjustments to reduce injury associated with a poor set up, as well as provide advice on accessories to enhance posture and performance to optimise their day.
Pilates Classes (45 min or 60 min class)
Let us teach your team the fundamental principles of core strength and guide them through Pilates exercises targeted at building strength in the muscles that support strong posture and spinal mobility.
A great team building exercise as well as supporting your team’s health and well being. Your team will feel energised, connected and ready to tackle the rest of their day with improved strength and posture.
Suitable for small groups of 3 – 10 participants to ensure close supervision and correction. Larger groups on request. Available onsite at your workplace (mat based class) or in studio at our clinic (reformer based class).
Stretch and Release – Mobility Class (45 min or 60 min class)
A mobility class focused on stretches and movements that address the tightness and stiffness associated with desk based work, aiming to reduce the aches and pains associated with static posture. With targeted exercises that restore movement in the neck, upper and lower back, as well as opening up the hips and shoulders.
Includes a program of exercises for each participant they can perform independently at work and home to maintain their mobility.
