WHO WE ARE
We are a busy private practice with a strong manual therapy, clinical pilates, exercise and running injury management focus. We are committed to providing exceptional client care, with an emphasis on forming supportive, enduring relationships.
We rely on clinical expertise and teamwork to achieve lasting outcomes for our clients. Our treatment philosophy includes 45 minute consultations as standard, giving our clinicians time to really listen to their clients, understand their issues and implement a thorough treatment plan. We believe in skilled manual therapy and exercise prescription alongside clinical pilates, strength conditioning and education to help our clients achieve their goals.
Our client base includes busy, motivated professionals, recreational athletes and competitive athletes who are investing in their health and keen to see their injuries through to recovery.
We’ve been restoring movement, relieving pain and supporting active Melburnians since 2008. You can learn more about us and the services we offer here.
