Cera Lai
Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Practitioner, Olympic Weightlifting Coach
Cera is a Physiotherapist and Olympic weightlifting coach with a strong interest in sports rehab, CrossFit, and lifting. A lifelong mover and sports enthusiast, Cera draws from personal experience across volleyball, running, skateboarding, and BJJ—alongside a decade of professional experience, including work in aged care and private practice.
After a youth sports injury sparked a fascination with recovery and biomechanics, Cera pursued Physiotherapy to help others overcome setbacks and return stronger. Known for a practical, movement-based approach, Cera focuses on bridging the gap between rehab and performance—especially for lifters and active clients dealing with shoulder, hip, or lower limb issues.
Whether you’re managing pain, returning to training, or chasing a new PB, Cera’s goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Cera lifting, sipping coffee, or hanging out with their cats.
