5:1 Clinical Movement Classes

These classes are designed to offer you the opportunity to work independently through your individualised program in a spacious and meticulously designed studio, with supervision and correction from your Physiotherapist.

Initial Assessment

Meet your Physio, tell us about your injury or condition and goals. We take you through a biomechanical assessment and design a program for you. We guide you through each movement, helping you understand the what, why and how of each so you can continue 1:1 sessions or join our small group classes with confidence.

Ongoing Care

Regularly attend your group class and we’ll check in each time with how your body is feeling. Your Practitioner will adapt and progress your individual program as you gain strength and movement, so you’ll always be working at a level to suit you.
