Ruby Eppelstun

Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Practitioner

Ruby is a passionate physiotherapist with a lifelong connection to sport and movement. Growing up in a sport loving family, she spent much of her time on netball and volleyball courts, playing representative netball for several years and competing at a state level in volleyball during high school. These experiences shaped her appreciation for injury prevention, performance, and helping people stay active throughout all stages of life.

Ruby completed a Bachelor of Science with a major in Physiology before undertaking her Doctor of Physiotherapy at The University of Melbourne. During her studies, she discovered reformer and mat Pilates and became a qualified instructor in 2019, developing a strong interest in integrating clinical Physiotherapy with mindful, strength based movement.

She is particularly passionate about women’s and pelvic health, and enjoys supporting women through key life stages including puberty, pregnancy, and menopause. Ruby takes a personalised and empowering approach to care, working closely with each patient to build confidence in their bodies and achieve meaningful, longterm outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, Ruby can often be found in a hot mat or reformer Pilates class, enjoying sunrise beach walks with a good podcast in her ears and an oat latte in hand.
