Claudia loves working with her clients to achieve resolution of their muscular pain and restriction of movement, recovery from sport and improve their general health and well being.
Claudia is skilled in relaxation and remedial massage, and makes use of soft and deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy and dry needling in her treatment sessions. She is also experienced in pregnancy massage and loves helping expectant mother’s ease the aches and pains of pregnancy and prepare for birth.
Claudia brings over 8 years’ of experience to Flex and is also bilingual, being fluent in both English and Spanish.
