Caroline Peos

Senior Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Practitioner

Swimmer, beach lover, explorer.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy), graduating from Curtin University in Western Australia. Since graduating, I’ve worked across several different Physiotherapy settings gaining valuable experience in sports, musculoskeletal and occupational settings. In my most recent role, I worked alongside in-house Orthopaedic Surgeons and Sports Physicians with a strong sports-medicine focus.

Growing up in rural Western Australia, I’ve always been drawn to sports and
movement. I’ve seen and experienced the significant role it can play in one’s
physical and mental wellbeing and the sense of community it can foster. I am passionate about empowering others with the skills and knowledge to succeed and thrive when they get back to what they love doing after an injury.

I remain committed to ongoing professional development and I enjoy
continuously developing my skills and knowledge in line with the latest research evidence. The field of Physiotherapy is ever-evolving. To keep up to date, I have undergone further training in areas such as sports injury management, Clinical Pilates, vestibular rehabilitation and myofascial dry needling.

I love treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions. But I particularly enjoy
treating shoulder, hips and spinal injuries. I enjoy treating and rehabilitating shoulder injuries due to the complexity of the shoulder joint and my interest in swimming. I am passionate about treating hip and spinal presentations in a sporting context as I have a personal history with hip and spinal injuries, and advanced training in treating both of these areas.

Outside of work, you can usually find me swimming, down at the beach (during Summer), watching the footy or exploring Melbourne. Having moved across from Perth in early 2024, I’ve been enjoying visiting many of Melbourne’s great restaurants and cafes, and getting out of the city to visit the city’s beautiful wine regions and nature escapes.
