Irish Dancer, with a passion for Pilates and pregnancy care

Having been an Irish Dancer from the age of four, my love for movement and exercise grew from a young age. After competing for over 18 years, I understand the importance of load management when it comes to recovering from injury or just simply keeping the body fine-tuned.

My keen interest in Pilates led me to completing my APPI Clinical Pilates Mat and Equipment based courses. My experience in, and passion for, Pilates further highlighted to me the significance of correct movement patterns and body alignment in optimising physical health. I enjoy empowering clients with education regarding the importance of movement, strength-building, and overall physical activity.

Helping those through their journey of pregnancy and beyond is another strong passion of mine. I spend lots of time in the studio taking the Stay Fit in Pregnancy and Mums and Bubs classes, as well as the ‘Perform’ strengthening circuit, the outdoor running group, and mat Pilates.

Outside of work hours, I make the most of time spent outdoors, and love spending quality time with my family and friends. “Lockdown” family nights have become a frequent occurrence even now! I enjoy exercising, going out for my weekend coffees, and spending time with my partner and Ed, my pup.
